Mainframe technology has evolved over the past 60 years, as has the provision of education in this field. The Mainframe Open Education Project enables students to learn from experts with years of experience through collaborative knowledge sharing on our GitBook platform. You’re in the perfect position to join a project revolutionizing how mainframe skills are acquired.

Earn up to three contributor badges, showcasing your contributions and promoting your skills on platforms like LinkedIn. These badges include Contributor – Level 1, Contributor – Level 2, and Contributor – Level 3. As a longstanding member of this project, my contributions have enriched my understanding of this technology, expanded my network, and allowed me to give back to the community—a source of continual joy.

Join our Student User Group and collaborate with like-minded individuals. Whether you are a student or a professional, we encourage participation. Together, we can ensure ongoing knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Join us on the 1st Wednesday of each month, from 09h00 – 10:00 am PDT, for the Mainframe Open Education Student User Group (MOE SUG) webinar. Register here to be part of this exciting initiative. (As a monthly webinar, you just need to register once but can attend all the meetings or as your schedule allows).
