In honor of Women’s History Month, the Open Mainframe Project is proud to present a special episode of Mainframe Voices featuring 2025 first-time IBM Champions. This compelling video showcases these accomplished professionals as they share the influential women and pivotal advice that has shaped their careers in the mainframe ecosystem.

Women Pioneers in Technology
The mainframe industry, like many technology sectors, has been transformed by the contributions of women throughout its history. From early programming pioneers to today’s technical leaders, women have played crucial roles in advancing mainframe technology and building inclusive communities within the field.

Our special Women’s History Month episode explores this legacy through the personal stories of today’s leaders. Each guest reflects on one important question:
