Zowe v3.3.0 Upload Terms

Mark Ackert, Software Engineer at Broadcom and technical member of the Zowe community, recently announced the release of Zowe v3.3.0. These are the binaries have been released:

By providing binary files (including any associated documentation and source code, the “Binaries”) to Zowe Binary Project a Series of LF Projects, LLC (the “Project”), I am representing to the Project that I have already posted:
* the text of all of the open source licenses applicable to the Binaries (collectively, the “Applicable Licenses”) at: https://github.com/zowe/docs-site/blob/master/tpsr/tpsr-v3.3.x.md;
* all corresponding source code for the Binaries (whether constituting code of the Project or any third party project) as they have been compiled at: https://docs.zowe.org/stable/appendix/bill-of-materials.html https://zowe.jfrog.io/zowe/libs-release-local/org/zowe/3.3.0/zowe_sources-3.3.0.zip; and
* a list of all of the Applicable Licenses together with all of the information necessary for compliance with the Applicable Licenses at: https://github.com/zowe/docs-site/blob/master/tpsr/tpsr-v3.3.x.md.
Furthermore, I am representing that:
* the Binaries contain no code (whether binary or source) covered under the terms of a license that is not approved by the Open Source Initiative or designated as free by the Free Software Foundation; and
* I am authorized to provide the Binaries to the Project for subsequent distribution under the terms of the Applicable Licenses
