We are ready to release Zowe v2.18.0. These are the binaries we will release:
And this is the upload term.

By providing binary files (including any associated documentation and source code, the “Binaries”) to Zowe Binary Project a Series of LF Projects, LLC (the “Project”), I am representing to the Project that I have already posted:
* the text of all of the open source licenses applicable to the Binaries (collectively, the “Applicable Licenses”) at: https://github.com/zowe/docs-site/blob/master/tpsr/tpsr-v2.18.0.md;
* all corresponding source code for the Binaries (whether constituting code of the Project or any third party project) as they have been compiled at: https://docs.zowe.org/stable/appendix/bill-of-materials.html https://zowe.jfrog.io/zowe/libs-release-local/org/zowe/2.18.0/zowe_sources-2.18.0.zip; and
* a list of all of the Applicable Licenses together with all of the information necessary for compliance with the Applicable Licenses at: https://github.com/zowe/docs-site/blob/master/tpsr/tpsr-v2.18.0.md.

Furthermore, I am representing that:
* the Binaries contain no code (whether binary or source) covered under the terms of a license that is not approved by the Open Source Initiative or designated as free by the Free Software Foundation; and
* I am authorized to provide the Binaries to the Project for subsequent distribution under the terms of the Applicable Licenses
